inboxrules can automatically print and save message, extract data from message. inboxrules can help you to save and print messages, extract data from
messages immediately when message arrives to ms exchange server mailbox or
ms outlook account.

inboxrules rw is a custom action for ms outlook rules wizard. we also offer
server side version of inboxrules for ms exchange server (check our website
for more details).

modular system of inboxrules consists from client side engine for ms
outlook rules wizard (inboxrules rw) or server side engine for ms exchange
server (inboxrules se), actions, and restrictions.

inboxrules architecture allows expanding ability of program by adding new
actions and restrictions to the program rules. these actions and
restrictions can be created directly by end-user.

inboxrules is able to use different rules for each exchange server mailbox
and as an addition it is possible to define global rules, which are common
for all mailboxes.
